We’re happy to welcome you to our accommodation in the heart of Zurich.

The building is older and the standard is intentionally simple — which is reflected in our affordable pricing, especially for this excellent location. We aim to offer a convenient place to stay for travelers who don’t need luxury but value practicality and accessibility.

We do our best to keep everything tidy and in good condition. If you notice anything that seems off, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we’ll take care of it.

Looking Ahead: Planned Renovation

We are planning a full renovation of the property to offer a higher-quality standard in the future. As part of the required due diligence by the City of Zurich’s building department, the specialized materials inspection company Clar AG carried out routine checks throughout the building.

If you notice any stickers or markings from Clar AG,
there is nothing to worry about — these are purely informational and part of the official assessment process required before renovation can begin.

As is common in older buildings, some materials may be flagged for future removal in order to satisfy the latest regulation, but they only pose a risk during the construction work and no such work is being done during your stay. Any potentially necessary work will only take place after the building has been vacated and the renovation begins.
